In-class Activities:

• Journal- Where will you be in 20 years?
• Math- separated in to different classes, as usual
• Treasures- reviewed plot and summary; reviewed vocabulary words; worked on Centers packets
• Writing- the kids are working on a writing prompt based on a character they designed

Homework/Class Business:

• Read 30 minutes
• Parent signature in planner (please ask to see your child's planner)
• Math HW- dependent on their math class
• Centers packets are not homework unless I circled certain pages for your child
• Spelling test tomorrow (the list is in their planner)
• Orchestra handout- even if your child doesn't want to do orchestra, you still need to fill the form out
• Remember to keep filling your reading log out (150 minutes per week)

**Parents, tomorrow we will be honoring Sept. 11th. We'll be showing some videos and doing somewhat of a presentation (still figuring some logistics out). If you have any questions or concerns about it, please contact me.**
