• Read 30 minutes EVERY night
• Fill out Reading Log- If your child is going to be leaving before the Christmas break starts, they NEED to turn their Reading Log in early. I know most of the kids will forget theirs if I have them bring it after Christmas break.
• Natural Disaster project- see email that went home Monday. Each student has their assigned natural disaster. This project is due: Friday, December 16th. You have only 2 days to complete this now.
  
• I am still in need of tissues and white printer paper. Extra credit or a treat to any student who brings either of these in. Expo white board markers would be appreciated too.
• Parents, PLEASE let me know if your child is going to be leaving out of town before Christmas break starts.
• Our class Christmas party will be held on Wednesday, December 21st (the last day of school before break). We will be doing fun things all day, but the party will be from 11:30 until the end of school (12:30).

• Progress Reports went home yesterday. If your child is scoring a 70% or lower in writing or reading, they will need to return a signed progress report to me (they were given the report in class).
