Homework/Class Business:

• Read 30 minutes
• Fill out Reading Log for January (given to students today)
• Turn in December Reading Log- students have until TOMORROW to turn this in. It will not be accepted after Friday.
• Math HW- Page 87 in workbook
• Writing Assignment- What was your favorite gift for Christmas?? The students need to write a 5 paragraph essay about their favorite gift. Give good reasons why it was your favorite gift! This is HW if the students didn't finish it in class today. Please email with any questions you may have about this assignment.
• Next week is the PWA for students. This is a practice writing assessment. I hope all of this writing will help them do well next week!
