Homework/Class Business:

• Read 30 minutes EVERY night
• Fill out Reading Log- If your child is going to be leaving before the Christmas break starts, they NEED to turn their Reading Log in early. I know most of the kids will forget theirs if I have them bring it after Christmas break.
  
• Math HW- Surface Area
  
• Natural Disaster project- see email that went home Monday. Each student has their assigned natural disaster. This project is due: December 16th.
• Sub 4 Santa is THIS week! Send any loose change you have! If we can get each student to donate $5, we will make our goal as a school!
• Also, I am still in need of tissues and white printer paper. Extra credit or a treat to any student who brings either of these in. Expo white board markers would be appreciated too.
• I will be checking planners tomorrow. Students are suppose to have their parents sign their planners EVERY night. They will get graded according to how many times they have their planner signed.
• Progress Reports went home yesterday. If your child is scoring a 70% or lower in writing or reading, they will need to return a signed progress report to me (they were given the report in class).
• Writing Prompts- students have been working on their writing prompt for a week now; if they haven't finished it, it is due tomorrow morning.
